Fento Wines is the artisan project of Eulogio Pomares from Galicia, Spain, collaborating with Portuguese winemaker Álvaro Castro in Dão. They craft natural, terroir-driven wines from organic vineyards, hand‑harvested grapes, spontaneous fermentations, and minimal intervention. La Galaxia celebrates this cross‑border ethos: creative, soulful winemaking that emphasises place, purity, and playful originality. This pale, zesty rosé blends Alfrocheiro, Baga, and Tinta Roriz (Tempranillo) into a fresh, complex sip. It opens with citrus, white florals, and mineral lift, followed by subtle salinity and lively red-berry accents. Light-bodied, balanced, and effortlessly enjoyable, this is rosé with energy, nuance, and a flair for the unexpected.
